Allison – Practice Manager
Allison has been in the orthodontic business since 1985 and with Colorado Orthodontics since 1993. She enjoys playing Wheel-of-Fortune, fishing & visiting the ocean. She is a fabulous chef & enjoys being a hostess in her home.

Carol – Thornton Office Manager
Carol has been with Colorado Orthodontics since 1988. She was originally a tech and has moved on to the front office. Carol influenced her two daughters to venture into the orthodontic field. Her favorite hobby is traveling.

Alyssa - Aurora Office Manager (Bilingual)
Alyssa is one of our newest members to join our team at Colorado Orthodontics. She has been working in the medical field since 2001. She was born & raised in New York, but spent three years with her family in the country of Ecuador doing missionary work. In 2005 Alyssa moved with her family to Colorado where she met her husband whom she married in 2006.

Alicia – Arvada Branch Manager
Alicia part of the Colorado Orthodontic's team for the past 11 years. She was born & raised in New Mexico & has lived in Colorado since 1993. Outside of work Alicia loves being with friends & family and participating in ministry work with her congregation. She currently is devoting time to learn the Spanish language- if you know Spanish she would love practicing her language skills with you!

Sharon – Colorado Designs Lab Manager
Sharon has been working for Colorado Orthodontics since 1992. She began as a technician and has moved into the lab. She has two kids and a dog and enjoys spending time with them. Her hobbies are hiking, walking and gardening.

Ale – Orthodontic Technician (Bilingual)
Ale has been an orthodontic technician at Colorado Orthodontics since 1998 and moved here from Miami, Florida. Her hobbies are painting, drawing and knitting. She also has a love for large dogs.

Tara - Orthodontic Technician
Tara has been in the orthodontic field since 2001 and with Colorado Orthodontics since spring of 2006. She enjoys spending time with her husband & family. She and her husband are happily expecting their first child in March 2008.

KJ – Patient Coordinator
KJ began her career at Colorado Orthodontics in June 2004 after graduating from Fort Lewis College in Durango. She is enjoying the working world. Her hobbies include playing with her huge dog, Tux, snowboarding, hiking and shopping. She loves living in Denver and being closer to her family.

Elena - Patient Coorddinator
Elena joined our team earlier this year & has enjoyed working as a Patient Coordinator for Colorado Orthodontics. She was raised in sunny California and has recently moved to Colorado. Outside of work Elena loves spending time with her four children and husband. She and her family enjoy all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. She also enjoys volunteering with her congregation and doing ministry work.

Debbie – Marketing Representative
Debbie has been in the dental field for 30 years and with Colorado Orthodontics for 14 years. Debbie loves being out "in the field" keeping the lines of communication open between dentists and Dr Jim & Dr Bailey. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends & listening to country music.
